HAPPY NEW YEAR! I need all HS and Jr HS members to please email (kelley.williams@thsra3.com) or mail (Region 3, PO Box 2399, Azle, TX 76098-2399) your semester reports cards to me as soon as you get them. I MUST get them to the State Secretaries before the end of January. If for some reason you can not get them to me by the 25th of this month, please call. I hope everyone has enjoyed the Winter break and that you are looking forward to our February rodeos and our Finals in Glen Rose at the end of March and 1st of April. The postmark deadline for Rodeos #9-#10 is February 12th so get those entries in to avoid the $30 late fee. I have a few members with outstanding items that must be cleared before competing at our next event. You will be receiving a letter or email by January 25th if you fall in this category.
